Inspections

Permits are required before any work begins in the City of Greer, & it is the contractor’s responsibility to obtain them. The city verifies that contractors are licensed, insured, & bonded before issuing permits & inspects all work for compliance with adopted building codes. Inspections can be requested through eTRAKiT or by calling (864) 968-7029. Requests made by 11:59 p.m. Monday through Friday will be scheduled for the next business day.
