Autumn brings crisp air, warm drinks, and colorful displays of leaves. However, one of the less welcome parts of the season is the leaves that pile up in the yard. Luckily, residents in the City of Greer have a convenient way of disposing those piles.

Loose Leaf Collection Window

The City of Greer Public Services Department collects loose leaf piles curbside throughout the fall and winter. This season’s collection runs from November 2, 2026, through February 5, 2027. Crews will cycle through collection routes several times during the season on a designated schedule.

Check Your Piles

On the morning of your first scheduled pickup, ensure leaves are piled at the curb. Be mindful that piles should contain only leaves. Piles with additional objects like sticks, twigs, rocks, brush, and household garbage can damage our equipment and will not  be collected.

Holiday Impacts

Be aware that holidays may impact the collection schedule for some areas. All efforts have been made to ensure each area of the city gets equal attention.
