Some members of Team Greer are working in an area just outside the downtown center for the next couple of weeks.
This week, the Public Services team is working along Pelham Street between Carey Avenue and Snow Street. People who live in or drive through that area should be on the lookout for signage, caution tape, and cones marking the work zones. Some of the activity involves digging up existing concrete, so you might also see some heavy equipment.
The team is prepping sections of curbing, ramps, and sidewalks that need to be repaired or replaced. The project along Pelham St. will continue into next week when the team be pouring concrete as weather permits.
